i’ve decided that, since i work for a technology company anyway, i should reinforce my title. by that i mean, right now everybody calls me IT, which is something you’d typically call the dude who fixes the printers at your lawfirm. considering i do a whole lot more than just “fix things”, i think using my title (systems engineer) is more prestigious and indicates that i actually work IN the company, and not FOR the company.
